HEY MURF..THANKS FOR TIP ON THE PIPE LIP FOR MY FEL. WORKS OUT GREAT! BY THE WAY, JUST WENT PREMIUM TO PICK EVERYONE'S BRAINS. FIRST QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE TOTAL WEIGHT ON THE BX23, FEL, HOE, AND 54"MMD? I HAVE A WHOLE 6 HRS SO FAR AND HAVEN'T TORE IT UP YET! I DO WISH IT WOULD HAVE CAME WITH A TACH. DOES KUBOTA HAVE AN EASY REMEDY FOR THIS TACH-LESS WONDER? JOEHONDA

Do a search for tiny tach,you will also need the 6mm adaptors for the engine. hope this helps, Craig. ....

To the best of my recollection, the backhoe and FEL add about 1100 pounds to the base machine..... so something about 2500-2600 pounds.
I don't know what the MMM weighs, but it's gotta go at least 300 pounds.
Dittos on the tiny tach. The best $70 you will spend on your tractor. ....

CRAIG, FOUND THE TINY TACH, ASSUMING I'LL NEED THE "DIESEL TINY TACH" WITH 6MM TRANSDUCER. IT REQUIRES "VEHICLE POWER OR A 9 VOLT EXTERNAL, ASSUMING THAT TRACTOR BATTERY WILL SUFFICE? ANY TIPS WILL BE APPRECIATED! JOE ....

The tractor battery works just fine. The unit comes with a tiny battery sealed inside that runs the memory functions. It is supposed to last 5 years. ....

All the weight on the tractor and attacments can be found at the Kubota web site by looking at the specs and comparisons.
The 54" mmm is approx. 227#/ 60" around 265". The tractor alone 1520#. 2520# with fel and bh attached. I am guesstimating the bh is about 700#.
